We’re super excited to announce that we’re going to be launching an online meal planning tool in January.
It’s called Meal Planning Made Easy and will give you everything you need to enjoy a healthy balanced plant-based diet.
If you love cooking but you’re sick of the same old recipes, or you’re keen to eat a more plant-based diet but don’t really know where to start…then this is for you!

- Cooking schedule that doesn’t involve cooking from scratch 3 times a day…in fact we’ve planned it so you’ll have 3 cook free days!
- A shopping list that makes it really easy for you to check off what you already have before you go shopping.
- 3x cookery demos for the prep sessions. Follow along with these videos & you’ll be surprised by how much you can achieve in 2hrs.
- Leftovers! We purposely plan cooking more than you need for some of the meals. Portion the leftovers and freeze so you’ve got some healthy back up in the next few weeks.
- A facebook community group where you can ask questions as well as get support & inspiration throughout the month.
We’re doing a FREE trial for the month of December so you can check out what’s it’s all about, give us some feedback and allow us to do a little fine tuning before we launch fully on 3rd Jan 2020!
