This is a warm and spicy thai green curry made with ginger, chilli, coriander and lemongrass. The sauce is thick and creamy made from a coconut milk base. With crisp fresh vegetables including edamame peas, red bell peppers, baby corn and sugar snap peas. We use marinated tempeh as the protein for this dish which hold the flavour of the sauce beautifully and gives a wonderful change in texture from the crisp light vegetables.
This curry is sold on it's own, we would recommend serving with brown rice.
