This Korma dish is super thick and creamy with a base of mild curry spices with coconut milk and almond butter.
Roasted cauliflower perhaps wouldn't be the first ingredient you'd think of in a veggie korma, but OMG it works!!
Combined with the textures of button mushrooms and some fresh kale this is a flavour and texture explosion.
This is our mildest curry; so if chilli isn't your thing then this one is definitely for you.
